What You’ll Do - Sustaining Engineer
- Own and drive engineering changes and product improvements.
- Be the go-to problem solver across engineering, operations, and service.
- Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives - we aim for zero defects!
- Manage facility and process updates that keep things running smoothly.
- Work with suppliers, vendors, and our in-house teams to make good things even better.
- Bonus points if you bring EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) know-how!
Requirements
What You Bring - Sustaining Engineer
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in a manufacturing environment - this is a must.
- Strong understanding of product development, quality, and lean principles.
- ERP and Microsoft Office skills (Infor SyteLine experience is a plus).
- A “can-do” attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
