- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
- ERP Functional Analyst (GL, AHCS)
- 10+ years of experience in business analyst/ERP implementation
- Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects
- Strong understanding of ERP Cloud systems, modules (AP/AR/FA/CE) and with good understanding of Business Process Flows
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Service Now)
- Experience with integration tools and practices for ERP systems
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment and collaboration
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, with a strong attention to detail.
