You will promote a culture of mindfulness around safety and security, while preventing and responding to incidents that fall within our many areas of expertise.
As a Business Partner, Oversight, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, communicating and resolving oversight investigations into AP Directive non-compliance. Some of the core responsibilities are:
Build relationships and trust with HQ partners and field leaders to deepen acumen, and to provide recommendations and solutions for business problems.
Identify, investigate and communicate findings and results of Oversight investigations to field leaders and HQ partners.
Manage the program for AP Research Requests (Deep Dive) and AP Oversight reporting.
Support field leaders in the creation of action plans to address AP Directive non-compliance.
Support AP Oversight routines and the development of AP Directives and AP tactics trainings as needed or when requested.
Support reputational risk and legal partners and ethics investigations as an AP expert.
About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
1-4 years of work experience in an operations environment preferably in retail/stores/AP
Ability to manage projects, set timelines and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maximize relationships and take partners to achieve goals
Ability to investigate, research and communicate findings
Comfortable in working with and communicating confidential information to appropriate partners
Microsoft Office and SmartSheet proficient
