Job Summary:

Repsol Renewables North America (RRNA) is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director to lead corporate and project-level FP&A for Repsol Renewables North America. The FP&A Director will set standards for internal financial models and management reporting while ensuring high-quality, on-time reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The FP&A Director will lead and manage the FP&A team while coordinating activities across interdisciplinary functions,

The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the preparation and coordination of the annual budget and forecast processes across assets and corporate departments; improve templates, consolidate results and prepare management materials.

· Own the reporting deliverables across internal and external stakeholders (lenders, tax equity investors, and JV partners) including P&L, cash, KPIs, variance analysis, risks/opportunities; coordinate reviews with internal teams to understand variances and develop actionable insights.

· Lead the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems (SAP S4HANA and others), tools and methods including budget controls, reporting hierarchies and approval workflows.

· Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models used to manage budgets, forecasts and liquidity needs (distributions and funding requirements)

· Continuously identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and decision support.

· Be a strategic business partner by working with interdisciplinary teams to translate analysis into insights, decisions and measurable outcomes.

· Act as a key point of contact for financing partners on performance and governance of projects and portfolios.

· Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and accountability.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting.

· 7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in industries such as renewable power, engineering, construction, or infrastructure.

· Track record of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

· Ability to lead and manage people and leverage experience to develop capabilities across teams.

· Sound analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

· Understanding of accounting principles as it relates to financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows.

· Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
