Under the general supervision of the Director of Fiscal Services. Performs various
accounting functions as listed but not limited to payroll, accounts payables, inventory/fixed assets, preparing for internal audits, collective bargaining, training staff on procedures and deadline, school attendance reporting, and other financial transactions.

Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduation from high school or equivalent.
* Two or more years of college work or an AA degree with business and/or bookkeeping emphasis or equivalent business/bookkeeping training desired.
* Previous experience in payroll, accounts payable and receivable in a school district setting preferred.
* Computer experience required. Knowledge of County payroll system preferred.
* Ability to complete work in a timely and accurate manner, using complex analysis and data entry.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
* Possesses ability to understand, read, and follow oral and written direction.
* Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various word processing program such as Microsoft & Google.
* Ability to pass a District proficiency test in English, Math & Microsoft program skills.
