Graphic Designer

$20.59 minimum starting pay

Job Level: Individual Contributor

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this is the minimum starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. 

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsible for the creation, design, and development of desktop publications for printing and digital projects that promote the company’s vision. Create materials using various graphic arts programs, Adobe Acrobat, and other web-based software. Serve as liaison with department content managers and Information Services personnel to fulfill corporate web site needs. Prepare digital direct-to-plate color separations and computer-to-plate files for 4-color printing processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Industry experience and/or education in Graphic Design

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to develop high level of proficiency in tools and techniques

• Excellent reading, grammar, spelling and math skills

• Efficient in time management

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
