Beatrice High School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head Softball Coach to lead our softball program. The ideal candidate will foster a positive team culture, develop student-athletes’ skills, and promote academic success, sportsmanship, and teamwork on and off the field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all phases of the softball program.

• Develop and implement practice plans and game strategies.

• Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and student-athletes.

• Promote academic achievement, leadership, and personal growth.

• Oversee scheduling, equipment management, and program budgeting.

• Ensure compliance with all school, conference, and state athletic regulations.

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and community.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment.
