Description
The Resident Services Manager is an expert in building relationships and exceeding expectations. They are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our residents by acting as the first point of contact to resident needs and requests.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
- Takes great pride in offering helpful, friendly service for residents at all times. Greets and assists all residents in an efficient and courteous manner
- Defines, communicates, and maintains high standards of service at all times
- Maintains a strong knowledge of property and can guide residents and handle requests appropriately and efficiently
- Partner with other support staff to develop an office support network and a reception desk back-up system
- Answer calls and transfer to the appropriate employees
- Issue guest parking passes
- Create keycards and develop key packets for residents.
- Log/Track packages
- Help residents with lockouts
- Check out property equipment, theater room, and other various items
- Enter work orders, close work orders, and follow up with residents on completed work orders
- Acts as a property ambassador to promote resident events and other marketing initiatives and programs carried out by the university
- Tends to other administrative duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Passion for providing exceptional service and interpersonal relationships
- Ability to think creatively to resolve all resident concerns
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively in verbal and written form
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, FedEx, and UPS
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
- Exceptional planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
