The Ticket Sales & Service team is seeking passionate, committed and energetic leaders to hire, train and manage the Ticket Sales staff including full-time Account Executives and seasonal Ticket Sales Representatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Ticket Sales team’s efforts to sell season memberships or groups, party areas and suites
- Ensure a culture of accountability, positivity and continuous improvement within the Ticket Sales department
- Maximize the use of CRM for setting sales goals, managing rep activity, optimizing workflows and reporting on campaigns
- Coordinate campaign and pipeline management with the Business Strategy & Analytics department
- Develop processes to enhance the department’s operations
- Maintain reports tracking KPIs on organizational, departmental and individual levels
- Coach and mentor the sales staff
- Support staff on calls, appointments and ballpark tours
- Other duties as assigned in collaboration with the Ticket Sales & Services department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
- Two or more years ticket sales experience that required CRM use to track activity
- At least one year managing an Inside Sales Department, Ticket Sales Department or the equivalent is strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting, hiring and training sales representatives
- Cross-collaboration with Marketing and Analytics departments
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Prefer experience with Salesforce (CRM) and ProVenue (ticketing system)
- Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Zoom
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays
