- Lead the development and execution of Total Rewards strategies for U.S. store operations.
- Serve as the key partner for Walmart U.S. Stores engaging people and business leadership to align rewards with operations goals.
- Design, communicate, and implement compensation programs tailored to frontline and field associates.
- Conduct complex analyses of data, tell compelling stories with insights, and influence decisions through analytics.
- Manage transformative initiatives by leading the alignment of cross functional teams to drive buy-in and deliver on key business objectives.
- Proven experience leading Total Rewards or Compensation in a large, complex, and matrixed organization—preferably in retail or operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, harmonization, and implementation for hourly and frontline populations.
- Ability to influence across multiple business units and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Ability to make complex topics easy to understand.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources, operations, finance, or related area OR 7 years’experience in human resources, operations, finance, or relevant area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
