YOUR DAY TO DAY:
The Stockroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all stockroom activities, including inventory management, material handling, team supervision, and ensuring timely, accurate distribution of parts and supplies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability to maintain a smooth, efficient stockroom environment.
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Supervise and lead stockroom personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and packing of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with production and purchasing to meet material needs and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance stockroom efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory transactions in ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Monitor stockroom layout, organization, and cleanliness for safety and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or stockroom operations; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of lean inventory practices a plus.
- May need to drive a forklift.
- Ability to kneel, stoop, bend, climb reach, and/or balance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance
Salary Range $75000 - $78000 / year
