Description
Crews Bank & Trust is looking for an individual to fill the Retail Operations Manager position for the downtown Lakeland office.
The Retail Operations Manager is a high performing team member and supports the overall operations of the branch office. Routinely opens accounts, processes transactions and other service related tasks for all types of customers. Assists in leading a small engaged, talented team who are dedicated to serving the bank’s consumer and business customers. Effectively builds personal relationships with customers, prospects and team members, and is committed to the vision and strategic initiatives of the Bank. Concentrates on customer retention and to develop new business with deposit acquisition, lending, and referrals to other business lines.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Embraces the Purpose, Values and Crews Basics established for the organization
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three (3) or more years of retail banking with supervisory and leadership experience, and/or similar relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound judgment and decision making experience
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations, procedures and workflows
- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
- Prior working experience on JHA Silverlake platform, a plus
