Description
Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a “World Class Experience” while safely and efficiently operating large machinery used to move materials needed to manufacturing concrete.
Job-Specific Functions
- Transport aggregate and other materials at the plant site
- Maintain cleanliness of plant site
- Coordinate with plant operator to maintain proper levels of aggregates and other materials
- Push up and rotate stockpiles daily for moisture consistency
- Regularly inspecting, cleaning and performing minor repairs on equipment, and reporting necessary repairs to supervisors.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating equipment.
Other Functions
- Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concrete’s mission statement and core values
- Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others
- Performs all other related duties, as assigned

Education/Experience
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Valid State of Texas driver’s license required along with a “violation-free” Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage
