POSITION SUMMARY
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for IT personnel and lead project oversight, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives across infrastructure, development and data domains.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Directly carries out supervisory responsibilities to effectively manage personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable
laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance;
rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
* Foster a departmental culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies
* Manage task assignments, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communications through Jira and Confluence
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) including delivery timelines, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction
* Drive modernization efforts, including cloud adoption and legacy system upgrades while also recommending and implementing emerging
technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business value
* Establishes and maintains positive working relationships
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance
* Performs other duties as assigned

* Possesses strong data, analytical, and strategic planning skills
* Familiarity or proficiency with company used applications and software such as Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, IBM I, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
