The Housekeeping Operations Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and execution of the housekeeping operation which includes, but not limited to, organizing the associates duties for the day, analyzing data for efficiencies, scheduling, inspecting guest rooms, creating as well as managing checklist, resolving guest complaints, lead the lost and found program, training/coaching/developing employees and other duties assigned. This role will work closely with Front Desk and Engineering teams in coordinating on room status and reports to the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
