Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a full-time onsite Senior Construction Project Manager to join our Places business area to support our client in delivering a portfolio of small to mid-sized capital construction projects for a Confidential Technology client project done at the client site in the Atlanta area
Role accountabilities:
- Manage all aspects of planning, engineering, construction, and handover.
- Coordinate design reviews and approvals between client and contractors.
- Lead stakeholder communications and project scheduling.
- Oversee utility separation projects and major facility repairs/alterations.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and client procedures.
- Support sourcing efforts with scope development and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables and constructed work.
- Provide accurate progress reports, cash flow updates, and cost forecasts.
- Maintain project documentation and controls.
- Approve purchases, procurement, and payments.
- Monitor subcontractor safety compliance.
- Communicate daily with Facilities and Security teams.
- Prepare and present daily work plans and updates.
- Manage frequent verbal changes and schedule impacts from client stakeholders.
- Review design drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Track all verbal changes using a Change Event Log to manage schedule impacts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- High expectations for schedule planning and execution.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with clear and concise communication.
- Ability to manage multiple unique assignments simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
