What you will do:
Oversee daily finance operations and general bookkeeping to ensure accurate and timely records.
Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
Assist the Finance Manager with bank reconciliations and month-end closing processes.
Maintain compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain complete and organised accounting records locally, and coordinate with HQ to resolve accounting-related queries.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and HQ within required deadlines.
Coordinate with tax agents for timely tax filing and compliance.
Liaise with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules and documents required for audit purposes.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and finance-related tasks as assigned.
What we seek:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English.
