Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for communicating branch initiatives to staff.   
- Communicate branch goals to staff and review Lodestar daily for goal attainment. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with staff to help facilitate goal attainment.
 - Ensure the branch maintains the highest level of member service at all times. Share member survey results with staff and respond to member surveys as needed.
 
 - Responsible for branch operations.   
- Coordinate staff meetings.
 - Continual guidance and training of employees.
 - Ensure branch is operating in compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
 - Coordinate maintenance of the building and grounds.
 - Complete staff evaluations.
 - Track, approve, and report all days off (vacation, etc.) of staff. Maintain timesheets.
 - Assist the Human Resources Department in the hiring of new employees for branch positions as needed.
 - Perform cash audits.
 - Track and report officer security hours for payroll.
 - Track and report information needed for incentive purposes.
 - Review checks with staff that are taken outside of the check acceptance policy and call members to collect on any returned checks.
 
 - Assist members with the following:   
- Consumer Loans
 - Open new member accounts.
 - Assist members with certificates, IRA and HSA accounts.
 - Serve as a Notary Public and Signature Guarantee for credit union transactions.
 - Proactively perform outbound calling to engage membership.
 - Perform MSR duties as needed.
 
 - Respond to alarm calls as needed.
 - Respond to after-hours situations when necessary.
 - Attend training for meetings at the Main Office as necessary including monthly Branch Manager's meetings.
 - Open/Close the building on a rotating basis or when needed and serve as Saturday manager.
 - Seek new SEG opportunities and promote the credit union through presentations and information tables in the lobby, at schools, and other applicable groups.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 - Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel to other office locations when needed.
 - Must be able to sit, walk, and stand frequently.
 - Must be able to perform some heavy lifting.
 - Banking experience is desired.
