The Director of Human Resources, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, leads the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with The Accelerated Schools’ mission and goals. The role oversees recruitment, retention, compliance, employee relations, and staff development for both certificated and classified employees, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate possesses broad HR expertise and a strong understanding of employment laws, policies, and best practices.
