Community Punch Technician/Manager reports to Community Service Supervisor:
Position Summary:
- The Community Punch Technician/Manager is responsible for vacant apartment turn to include:
 - Turnkey operations, punch items, preventative maintenance, and quality control of outside contractors
 - Schedule vendors to complete turnkey operations.
 - Ensure timely completion of vacant unit turns
 - Guide community management staff on maintenance-related issues as needed
 - Resolve complex issues as it relates to maintenance work orders
 - Must be hands-on; assist in the completion of work orders
 - Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations
 - Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines
 - Various tasks as it relates to maintenance operations
 - Weekend work required
 - Will be in rotation for On-Call Duty
 
Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Technical school preferred but not required
 - Minimum 1-year previous maintenance experience Must have own tools
 - Must maintain a reliable vehicle
 - Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions for extended periods
