Community Punch Technician/Manager reports to Community Service Supervisor:

Position Summary:

• The Community Punch Technician/Manager is responsible for vacant apartment turn to include: 
• Turnkey operations, punch items, preventative maintenance, and quality control of outside contractors 
• Schedule vendors to complete turnkey operations. 
• Ensure timely completion of vacant unit turns
• Guide community management staff on maintenance-related issues as needed 
• Resolve complex issues as it relates to maintenance work orders 
• Must be hands-on; assist in the completion of work orders 
• Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations 
• Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines 
• Various tasks as it relates to maintenance operations 
• Weekend work required 
• Will be in rotation for On-Call Duty

Job Requirements: 

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Technical school preferred but not required
• Minimum 1-year previous maintenance experience Must have own tools 
• Must maintain a reliable vehicle 
• Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
