Job Description:We are looking for a Clinical Coordinator for the BSN Nursing Program to join our team.
This position coordinates and handles activities for students and faculty to complete clinical rotations, while balancing the needs of a diverse student population and faculty, and managing multiple science materials, media and inventory. This position needs the ability to adapt, direct and multi-task, and should demonstrate exemplary organizational skills.
- Collecting, reviewing, and auditing medical records from students and faculty then submitting them to clinical facilities as required (every 8 weeks)
 - Responsible for facilitating and gathering onboarding documentation required for clinical placements.
 - Responsible for auditing faculty & student files for academic programs and notifying appropriate individuals of missing or outdated documentation.
 - Operates a variety of office equipment and company licensed web-based software, computer, multi-function printers, compliance repository software’s.
 - Maintain and enforce compliance standards required of students and faculty to be placed in clinical rotations.
 - Maintain and improve professional relationships with community partners by working together to schedule clinical rotations.
 - Performs other duties as assigned.
 - Comply with all policies and standards.
 - Educate students on various web-based software required for clinical compliance.
 
Hourly Range: $25 - $31
Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent required.
 - Ability to maintain records.
 - Learn & maintain information on Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
 - Ability to shift quickly from one task to another to maintain productivity
 - Well Developed Interpersonal communication.
 - Client Relationship Management.
 - Preferred to have medical terminology knowledge or work experience in health care.
 - 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
 - Teamwork and Collaboration.
