Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Restaurant Supervisors to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to our guests.
This position will provide support to our three Boston locations: Banners Kitchen and Tap, Momosan Ramen, and Hub Hall.

Responsibilities:- Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
 - Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
 - Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
 
- Minimum of 1 year related experience required
 - Superior organization and guest service skills required
 - Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
 - Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience in handling guest enquiries
 
- Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
 - Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
