The Commercial Inspector is responsible for generating new commercial business through outbound prospecting and in-person networking. This is a Business-to-Business sales role focused exclusively on acquiring new accounts. The right candidate will be a self-motivated professional who thrives in a hunter-style role—creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads.

The Commercial Inspector is responsible for generating new commercial business through outbound prospecting and in-person networking. Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new commercial clients through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
· Conduct thorough on-site inspections to evaluate property needs and prepare service proposals
· Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as property managers, facility directors, and business owners
· Present tailored service solutions and close new commercial service agreements
· Maintain a consistent and well-documented sales pipeline using the company CRM
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
· Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in an outbound or self-generated sales role
· Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close new business
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Comfortable with cold outreach, field sales, and face-to-face prospecting
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
