Your Impact
As a Specialist, Job Architecture and Market Analysis, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Newmont’s compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and transparent across the globe. You will lead initiatives that maintain data integrity, drive pay equity, and strengthen our global salary frameworks, helping create a fair and consistent experience for our people.
As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Conduct job evaluations, benchmark roles, and manage pay band assignments to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Manage market survey participation and maintain Newmont’s market data warehouse to provide actionable insights.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures and compensation tools.
- Conduct global pay equity analyses and support compliance with pay transparency regulations.
- Partner with regional Total Rewards teams to align on job architecture frameworks and compensation delivery.
- Create and deliver training and communications that promote understanding of compensation frameworks and practices.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, market analysis, or Total Rewards, ideally within a global company.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors, Excel, and compensation benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW, Radford, etc.).
- Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of job evaluation frameworks, pay equity practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Your Work Environment
You’ll join the Global Total Rewards Delivery team, working closely with peers across regions and functions. The role offers a mix of analytical, technical, and strategic work in a fast-paced global environment, with opportunities to enhance compensation practices and deliver impactful change.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $110,160 - 144,585. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
