Responsibilities:

Responsible to fully manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of clinical, office, patient education and admission supplies. Assists with the daily operations of the Home Health and Hospice departments as needed and serves as a backup for designated positions. The Office Coordinator will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Education Requirements

  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
  • High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
