Brand Marketing & Learning Design Specialist
Location: Florida (Hybrid or Remote options available)
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and versatile professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role supporting both Learning & Development and Marketing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of employee growth, brand storytelling, and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing to support both internal and external marketing collateral requests
 - Support corporate branding and employee engagement strategies
 - Design engaging learning content aligned with organizational training goals
 - Develop branded instructional content for employee and customer education
 - Create educational materials that enhance learning experiences
 - Analyze feedback and performance data to improve programs
 
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency
- Comfortable using e-learning tools and working within Learning platforms.
 - Familiarity with mobile learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI experience is a plus, but not required)
 
Design & Development
- Ability to create online courses, learning modules, and interactive activities
 - Visual design skills including graphic design, layout, and video editing
 - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
 
Creative Systems
- Experience with Canva and web design platforms (WordPress/Elementor, Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
 
Core Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 - Strong writing and organizational skills
 
Portfolio
- Must have a well-rounded portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across traditional and digital media
 
Background & Education
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Learning & Development, Communications, or related fields
 - Knowledge of the mortgage industry is helpful but not required
