Your Role 

We’re looking for a Residential Service Trades Manager to lead our Glen Burnie team. You’ll oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service operations, ensuring our technicians deliver top-tier service to homeowners. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people and driving results. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit top-tier residential service professionals 

• Lead technician onboarding and development in collaboration with our technical trainer 

• Set clear performance goals and coach technicians toward excellence 

• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction 

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery 

What You Bring 

• 5+ years of management experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services 

• Proven leadership in the trades with a track record of team development and operational success 

• Strong communication and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment 

• Ability to motivate and mentor technicians to achieve their full potential 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer use 

• A commitment to delivering exceptional homeowner experiences
