The Cleanroom Sanitation & Compliance Specialist will report to the R&D Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleanroom Sanitation & Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize sterile suites within Alcon Laboratories, strictly adhering to detailed specifications provided by Alcon staff.
• Ensure all training is certified by Alcon, guaranteeing the highest standards of operation.
• Operate within GLP/GMP-regulated suites, ensuring strict compliance with FDA performance and training standards.
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including logbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Complete all required training and certifications as mandated by the client.
• Comply with safety regulations and policies while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Accommodate a flexible work schedule, including after-hours and weekends as needed.
• Perform additional janitorial duties as needed to support the overall sanitation and compliance objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the sanitation and compliance objectives of the cleanroom environment.

Required Certifications & Equipment:

• Various certifications will be provided and required for this position, including those specific to cleanroom sanitation and compliance.
• This position requires the use of a respirator for certain specialized cleaning tasks.
• All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including cleanroom attire and respirators, will be provided by the employer.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in janitorial services or a cleanroom environment.

• Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.

Skills & Abilities:

• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both oral and written English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with online training platforms and e-learning tools.
• Keen attention to detail, especially concerning sanitation protocols and documentation accuracy.

Work Environment:

• This role requires working in a controlled cleanroom environment where specialized gowning (including coveralls, gloves, face masks, and shoe covers) is mandatory.
• The cleanroom is temperature- and humidity-controlled and may involve extended periods in PPE.
• check and drug screening, as required by Pritchard Janitorial.

Benefits:

• Salary: $15.00-$17.00/Per hour
• Schedule: Part-Time (30+ hours/week), Monday � Friday; flexibility required for weekend and after-hours shifts, 5:00 PM � 11:00 PM
