🔍 What You’ll Do

• Support participants in achieving career goals and overcoming barriers
• Coordinate care teams including Career Coaches, Life Coaches, and employers
• Oversee case documentation, funding requests, and service plans
• Act as liaison between participants and employers to ensure long-term success
• Lead monthly case conferences and provide strategic guidance to staff
• Drive employer outreach and build partnerships for upskilling opportunities

🎯 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior supervisory and program management experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and counseling techniques
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to adapt, lead, and work independently or as part of a team

💰 Compensation

• $48,000 - $52,000/year based on experience
