The Role
As an Internal Sales Specialist, you’ll be the engine that keeps our sales process running smoothly. You’ll support the HVAC sales team by managing customer relationships, coordinating with installation teams, and ensuring each project transitions seamlessly from sale to service.
Your attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive mindset help us serve those in need efficiently — delivering not just products, but peace of mind.

- Support customers in their time of need: You’ll respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure customers feel heard, cared for, and valued.
- Ensure excellence from sale to installation: By managing accurate documentation, verifying equipment lists, and confirming payments, you’ll ensure every customer’s project runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Empower our sales team to focus on service: Through coordination, reporting, and process improvements, you’ll allow our field sales representatives to spend more time helping customers and less time handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage customer accounts and CRM documentation (Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceTitan).
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and customer service teams for project handoffs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to help families access complete comfort solutions.
- Generate sales reports and assist leadership with forecasting.
- Support onboarding and training efforts to help the team maintain excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field).
- Experience: 2–4 years in inside sales, customer service, or account management (HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-first attitude
