COME WORK FOR HUNTLEIGH, USA! We have an amazing opportunity to work with an amazing team as a SUPERVISOR AT THE DULLES AIRPORT!
This position hours of operations are 2-10:30PM AND SCHEDULE WILL ROTATE; THIS POSITION REQUIRES TO WORK WEEKENDS- Days off will be on weekends. The position starts at $19.78 an hour!! Welcome to our team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Report directly to the Account Manager on a day-to-day basis and communicates with the Huntleigh USA Office as needed or required Overall supervision of all Huntleigh USA/SEA operations at assigned airport and any other ancillary locations. This includes, as applicable per location, wheelchair passenger services as well as other services under the position’s immediate responsibility Maintain adequate staffing and scheduling to fulfill daily operational requirements as well as forecasting and staffing for future needs to ensure optimum operational performance and maximum allowable billings Responsible for complete accuracy and timeliness of payroll records and pay system submissions as well as legally compliant and audit satisfactory personnel and training files Reports all unusual events and circumstances to the Account Manager/General Manager in real time Responsible for compliance of all local, state, and federal government regulations applicable to the operation; equally responsible for all Airline and Huntleigh policies and procedures enforcement Liaison with client airlines, all airlines at assigned airport, government employees, and employees of airport authority Ensure regular and timely communication of new security directives, policies and procedures, so as to maintain a constant flow of meaningful information to employees, clients, Account Manager/General Manager Demonstrate consistently high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters with employees and clients. Position continually requires demonstrated professional diplomacy and problem-solving skills Manage all matters related to labor union(s)/collective bargaining agreement for site as applicable
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION: Minimum of high school diploma Clear and verifiable employments record Pass a drug and alcohol test Be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident or possess a valid work permit
QUALIFICATIONS: College degree preferred or relevant aviation operations (or related aviation security, military or other applicable client services) experience of at least two to five years, or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent broad set of management skills (operations, finance, human resources, administration, and, as applicable, technology) with the ability to work independently as a leader in a fast-paced and often fastchanging environment and industry Prefer at least a working knowledge and skill set of a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Must be able to successfully ensure continual attention to wide range of details, establish and work priorities, and meet all deadlines within the scope of the position
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to deal with problems relating to concrete variables in standardized situations
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software, human resource systems, Internet software, order processing systems, and project management software. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Not Specified

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position contains supervisory responsibilities for the day-to-day field operations for the Huntleigh USA. Wheelchair operations in their designated areas
