The Brand Partnerships Associate provides foundational support to brand teams and the Studio. This role is an entry point into brand partnership within PBNA’s (PepsiCo Beverages North America) in-house agency, helping projects stay organized, on time, and on budget while learning how to build strong client and partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

As a Brand Partnerships Associate you will:

  • Support the Associate Manager in day-to-day client and project management tasks.
  • Help coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring details are captured and tracked.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, production documents, and asset delivery.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration by keeping teams aligned and informed.
  • Build basic client service skills by observing and supporting client meetings and communications.
  • Foster a positive and transparent team culture by contributing to organizational excellence and reliable follow-through.
  • Ready to have fun and contribute towards a collaborative, inclusive, and caring culture.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of creative and production workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing brand marketing/ communications in fast-moving consumer goods category preferred.
  • Leverage a high-energy approach to build trusted relationships with agency partners.
  • Have a constant pulse and point of view on culture and understand where Pepsi can make an impact.
  • A true self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects while wiring appropriately.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills – able to establish priorities, strong detailed execution, ability to. move quickly and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize information to develop understanding and insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
