Phillips Edison’s operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.
What you'll do:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Design and produce marketing materials using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Work with key team members on website content, SEO optimization, and performance analytics.
- Work with key team members to help generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and CRM tools.
- Support administrative tasks such as budget tracking, vendor coordination, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Assist with event planning, photography coordination, and on-site marketing support as needed.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Proficiency in social media management, digital advertising platforms, and graphic design.
- Experience with website CMS, SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Background in commercial real estate marketing is a plus but not required.
