Job Title/Position: BCBA Regional Director
Reports To: Executive Director of ABA Services
Job Description Summary
The full-time BCBA Regional Director is a passionate on-site leader who directs and continually develops the clinical and operational services in our ABA centers supporting children diagnosed with autism.
As the Regional Director, you will support and maintain a collaborative team of motivated professionals determined to ensure that clients receive best in class programming to reach their highest possible potential, create a positive and effective culture, and drive both clinical and financial outcomes.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of BCBAs, behavior technicians, and RBTs to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families.
- Support recruitment and training efforts of BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs.
- Monitor all clinical and operational components of ABA centers.
- Collaborate with Executive Director of ABA Services to create marketing plan.
- Utilize marketing plan to support establishment and maintenance of referral relationships to ensure the clinics meet occupancy goals.
- Proactively review scheduled and completed BCBA and BT hours and address concerns / conflicts to ensure billed hour targets are met.
- As required, review BCBA treatment plans for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in accordance with insurance payor contracting and credentialing.

Qualifications
Position Qualifications
- Must hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification and state licensure for your service area.
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a tiered service model including managing BCBAs.
- Able to be on site and available during normal hours of operation.
- Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
