We are seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our team in Houston

How will you contribute to the team?

•    Asset collection of the following equipment: Panelboards, Surge Protection Devices Electrical Meters Transformers Switchgear Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) UPS Chillers Boilers Hot/Cold Water Pumps Variable frequency drives (VFDs) Air Handler Units/Outside Air Handler Units Fan Coil Units, Variable Air Volume Boxes Exhaust Fans Radiant Heaters Electrical Unit Heaters Electrical Fans (BAF) Lighting Panels.
•    AOA Gate Equipment Pre-Conditioned Air Units Passenger Boarding Bridges Roof-Top Air Conditioning Units 400hz Ground Power Units 28v Ground Power Units GSE Chargers
•    Servers MDF/IDF Rooms Gas Water Heaters Domestic Water Boost Pumps & VFDs
•    Fire Detection/Suppression System Access Controls PA Systems validating Cx activities
•    Budgeting stakeholder manpower Aforementioned Assets in addition to: Buildings, Floors Rooms/Corridors/Vestibules/Common Areas. General assets in each room or area
•    Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) – Fleet Focus (inclusive of manufacturer, model, serial number & warranty information)
•    Estimated 3-6 months (not inclusive of creating preventive maintenance schedules or spare parts)
•    Witnessing of commissioning activities; Variable frequency drives (VFDs) Air Handler nits/Outside Air Handler Units Fan Coil Units Variable Air Volume Boxes Exhaust Fans Radiant Heaters and AOG equipment; GSE Chargers, Servers, MDF/IDF Rooms,Gas Water Heaters Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) – Fleet Focus (inclusive of   Manufacturer, model, serial number & warranty information)Estimated 3-6 months (not inclusive of creating preventive maintenance schedules or spare parts) 

What will you contribute?

Bachelor’s degree and or minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel.

Data entry experience.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Expected compensation range is between $55,000 - $65,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
