What You Will Do
Nasdaq eVestment, a leading fintech firm, seeks a Senior Analyst to support our global client base for Analytics and data-driven solutions. You'll assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with portfolio analysis, asset flows, and regression-based modeling. The role involves both basic support and complex analysis, serving investment consultants, asset managers, and asset owners.
New hires undergo a comprehensive 12-week onboarding program, learning the eVestment Analytics platform, client landscape, and essential tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
Review and analyze institutional investment manager data submitted and distributed via the company’s website.
Create and maintain user guides, leading ad-hoc client training sessions, and supporting new client implementations using various technologies.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to meet service expectations and act as a technical liaison to resolve issues, ensuring that SLA’s (service level agreements) and KPI’s (key performance indicators) are met.
Assist with ongoing client service initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements.
Serve as a resource for complex technical issues and advanced client inquiries, supporting junior analysts.
Lead onboarding and development of new hires and junior analysts.
Contribute ideas and solutions to improve internal processes and client experiences.
Lead team and company-wide projects related to client service initiatives. These responsibilities emphasize a blend of client interaction, data management, training, and leadership within a collaborative team environment
Promotes Nasdaq products to generate revenue from vendors and subscribers.
What We Expect
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substituted
At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization
Previous experience in Salesforce, or similar CRM for case management is preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Experience in financial services is preferred
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
