Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch sales initiatives and identify opportunities for new business development
- Coach and mentor the team to reach their full potential and enhance the customer experience
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth, compliant processes
- Resolve complex customer concerns while upholding excellent service
- Originate consumer loans and oversee account growth opportunities
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of three years of banking and sales experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience in retail banking preferred
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to motivate a team toward achieving goals
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance standards, and lending practices
