Key Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and oversee account growth opportunities

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of three years of banking and sales experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience in retail banking preferred
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to motivate a team toward achieving goals
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance standards, and lending practices
