Position Summary: Precision Healthcare Specialists is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team to identify, attract, and hire qualified healthcare professionals in all various levels for our specialty medical practices. The successful candidate will specialize in recruiting both exempt and non-exempt medical office staff in the SWFL region.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Sourcing:
• Recruit for key front and back-office medical positions such as Certified Medical Assistants, Office Managers, Medical Scribes, Front Desk Associates, and other patient-focused positions, and other licensed medical professionals such as nurses and physician assistants
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates
• Source / develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational/specialty fit
Candidate Management:
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, and experience, etc.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
• Conduct reference checks and verify credentials, licenses, and certifications
• Interview, extend offers, produce offer letters, and follow through on the full onboarding process from candidates to new hires
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Build strong relationships with department heads, practice managers, and clinical leadership
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market conditions
• Collaborate with other HR team members on overall recruiting and onboarding processes through to new hire integration
• Participate in job fairs, professional conferences, and networking events
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or medical field recruiting
• Understanding of medical roles, qualifications, and licensing requirements
• Experience recruiting for both clinical and administrative healthcare positions
• Familiarity with healthcare certifications, credentialing and other applicable requirements
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and HRIS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open requisitions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience recruiting all medical staff positions from front desk to other advanced providers
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements for medical professionals
• 3-5 years exemplified medical recruitment experience in the private sector
• Experience with healthcare-specific job boards and professional associations
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and background check requirements
• Although the position is considered to be remote, candidates are required to live in southwest Florida year-round
