Overview
As the Housing Director, you will provide guidance, leadership and support to our Associates in order to maintain a high level of resident care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- The Housing Director develops, articulates, and implements community vision and strategic planning in alignment with the Benedictine quality agenda and ensures ongoing integration of quality standards.
- The Housing Director provides leadership to ensure that care and service is directed and delivered to meet Benedictine standards and policies.
- The Housing Director plans and monitors all financial operations to ensure utilization of community resources.
- The Housing Director will establish and maintain open communication with residents and families.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, health care administration, or a related field
- Ability to travel
- Licensure in multiple or ability to obtain in multiple states - MN, ND, WI, IL, MO
- Ability to actively relate to the staff, board & community
- Strong leadership, human relations & communication skills required
- Additional Qualifications for Long-Term Care or Continuum Communities:Licensed as a Asissted Living Director
Ten (10) or more years of Assisted Living administrator experience preferred
- Additional Qualifications for Housing:Licensed or meets State specific criteria to operate housing
Ten (10) or more years of housing experience preferred

Salary Range
$120,000-$140,000Benefits Statement
