Hudson Automotive Group is seeking a Senior Digital Optimization Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for improving site structure, content, and overall performance of assigned websites, applying a deep technical understanding of search engine optimization to lead site performance initiatives and drive measurable organic growth.

Who are we looking for?

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct and interpret technical site audits.
• Ability to interpret data to drive content and technical optimization decisions.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt well to change and effectively adjust to new or altered processes.
• Maintain a forward-looking perspective on search engine updates, generative AI search innovations, and emerging digital optimization practices.

 Qualifications:

• Track record of improving website architecture, crawlability and indexation, while implementing onsite SEO best practices that enhance visibility in search engines, discoverability within AI platforms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 3 years specializing in technical SEO for automotive and ecommerce websites.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, and CMS platforms (Dealer Inspire, DealerOn, WordPress, etc.)
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., SEMRush, Screaming Frog, ChatGPT, Google Gemini) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics٫ Google Search Console, WebTrends).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, online conferencing, and email programs is required.
