What this job involves:

Join JLL's dynamic team as a Marketing Associate and play a pivotal role in driving success for our expanding multi-family portfolio, including the prestigious property at 44 Charles. This exciting opportunity combines strategic marketing with creative execution as we accelerate our national business expansion.

As Marketing Associate, you'll be at the center of comprehensive marketing, leasing, and Resident Experience initiatives that define JLL's competitive edge in the multi-family sector. This multifaceted role seamlessly blends strategic coordination with hands-on creative development, positioning you as the vital connection between cross-functional teams, external agencies, vendors, and key property stakeholders.

This is a fixed term contract position until January 2027 and requires being on-site at this location or one of JLL's other downtown offices.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Creative Production and Asset Management

  • Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva templates (social posts, email content, blog materials, digital ads, print collateral)

  • Coordinate larger creative projects with JLL's internal design team for complex campaigns and deliverables

  • Manage creative timelines and deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and deadline adherence

  • Source and validate property/suite photography; maintain quarterly updates with floor plans and property metrics

  • Maintain project trackers with statuses and delivery dates for all marketing materials

Quality Assurance and Campaign Execution

  • Execute fast-paced creative requests with agency-level output and quality

  • Conduct weekly QA of live ads, listings, and landing pages across all platforms

  • Coordinate creative assets with agency partners for ad deployment across Meta, Google Ads, and ILS platforms

  • Monitor CRM data accuracy and verify proper campaign source tracking

  • Review and proof all marketing collateral for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment

Market Intelligence and Coordination

  • Collect and report monthly competitor pricing and incentive data for market survey

  • Conduct ILS audits and oversee campaign rollouts supporting national expansion goals

Community Branding and Resident Experience Support

  • Ensure resident communications, welcome packages, and collateral reflect property branding.

  • Support resident retention programs, referral campaigns, and ambassador initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Compile and track campaign KPIs (lead-to-tour, tour-to-lease, absorption and velocity)

  • Assist with variance and ROI analysis by gathering campaign spend and performance data

  • Prepare regular performance summaries for Senior Marketing Manager and Multi-Family Leadership

Cross-Functional and Client Support

  • Act as single point of contact for property team(s), supporting leasing, design, and signage requests

  • Support leasing by building and maintaining collateral that tells each property’s unique story

  • Partner with Resident Experience Manager(s) and provide coaching on brand standards and consistency

  • Support Multi-Family leadership with meeting reports and client presentations

  • Provide branding toolkits and organize marketing documentation for continuity

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience within Property Management and in particular experience with Multi-Family portfolios

  • Proficient in Canva, and MS Office Suite, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc)

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and CRM/marketing automation tools

  • Strong Team Player who is customer centric: always puts the clients first and can translate strategic plans into actionable tasks

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: Comfortable meeting with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and can subsequently translate these needs into action

  • Strong organizational skills: Able to multi-task across various projects, stakeholders and vendors

  • Is highly autonomous and “scrappy”; strives to find creative solutions for sometimes undefined problems

  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to perform QA and ensure precision across deliverables

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
