The primary role is to ensure the detailed coordination and scheduling of the orthopedic physician/surgeon and advance practice provider activities within the Orthopedic clinic, operating room, hospital and any assigned outreach activities. This position works closely with the physicians/surgeons, advanced practice provider and department leadership to ensure complete, methodical, and full schedules. Likewise, they collaborate with other departments to ensure timely patient scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
- Day shift | Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $17.71 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Pay range: $17.71 - $26.54 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of clinic/administrative experience required
- 1 year of EPIC clinic and procedure scheduling required
- Pleasant telephone personality
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Possess the ability to understand patient medical records, provider orders and communicate with patients, clinic staff and hospital staff
- Computer experience preferred
