Clinical Oncology Pharmacist – Ambulatory Infusion at UCLA Health

We are seeking an exceptionally-skilled and compassionate pharmacist with the following qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy DegreeCalifornia Pharmacy license ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy practice experience in oncologyRecent clinical oncology experience (within 5 years)Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferredPrevious infusion pharmacy experience preferredEPIC/Beacon experience preferredExceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skillsKnowledge of and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculationsRequired to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health.
