Job Overview

The Milk Receiver plays a key role in executing assigned production tasks. This includes setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sample, and verify compliance of incoming raw dairy, cream, bulk sugars, oils, and CIP chemical trucks; manage farm samples and maintain receiving logs.
  • Clean and maintain tanker trucks, silos, tanks, sanitary lines, and CIP equipment; perform CIP monitoring and coordinate with processing teams to ensure system effectiveness.
  • Monitor silo rotation and quality standards for all received products; identify and report foreign materials to QA Management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tanker bays, alcove rooms, CIP room, raw lab, and floor drains per established checklists and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate raw material records in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements; operate internal HMI system.
  • Communicate professionally with tanker drivers and collaborate across departments including maintenance, processing, scheduling, and production to ensure excellent customer service. 

Min. Qualifications

  • A minimum of GED or High School Diploma is preferred.
  • 6 months – 2 years of manufacturing/machine operation experience in dairy/food industry preferred.
  • SQF or similar quality systems experience preferred.
