Job Overview

The Warehouse Inventory Operator plays a key role in executing assigned inventory tasks. This includes managing production scheduling, inventory, and cross-functional communication in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the ICC leadership team, including file maintenance, scheduling, reporting, and special projects.
  • Coordinate purchasing, invoicing, inventory controls, and ordering of materials, office supplies, and consumables.
  • Manage production scheduling by posting and reconciling schedules in e-time, coordinating raw materials, and aligning customer needs with production capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, customers, and production teams to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare monthly ICC reports and provide daily progress updates to the ICC Plant Manager.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory, office equipment, cleanliness standards, and assist with labor coordination for production and shipping needs.

Min. Qualifications

  • Minimum of a GED or High School Diploma; prefer AAS in Business Administration.
  • Excellent computer skills; very proficient in Microsoft Office and excel.
  • 1-3 years administrative experience.
