Our amazing commercialisation Team is now looking for a UK Commercialisation Manager!
Your Next Pour: The Opportunity & principle Accountabilities:
- Supporting the Innovation hopper and pipeline; understanding the value, gaps, risks, resources and trade-offs required to deliver our targets and ensure we make the right innovation portfolio choices.
- Leading the Stage Gate process and Innovation governance forums.
- Providing world-class Commercial project management expertise, delivering solutions that enable rapid speed-to-market and flawless execution.
- Driving continuous improvement across all innovation governance and Commercialisation KPIs.
- Responsible for leading innovation & commercial change projects (renovation, productivity, artwork, brand activations, pack price etc) from concept to launch including assessing & communicating initial feasibility – focus is on key initiatives for Tropicana, Naked & Copella brands, including packaging implementation to meet EU/UK Directives.
- Leadership of cross functional project teams to deliver projects to agreed 1st shipment dates.
- Responsible for communicating milestones & timelines to project teams & key stakeholders to enable on time project delivery.
- Responsible for communicating risks/issues via trade off & course correction discussions with senior stakeholders & implementing appropriate mitigation & contingency plans.
- Collaborating with Marketing & Commercial teams to enable successful project execution & pipeline management.
- Preparation, presenting at monthly UK Activation Board & EU Juice Council meetings to enable Gate approval decisions & making recommendations to create unlocks/mitigations for projects to enable on time delivery.
- Contributing to the delivery of Innovation Net Revenue planning process through to AOP submission via Juice innovation pipeline assessment.
- Supporting the calendar planning process collaborating with marketing & x – functional teams to ensure the calendar is executable, resourced and meets innovation algorithm requirements of AOP.
- Completion via x-functional teams, of Gate documents to align & deliver fast decision making with approvers at Gate decisions.
- Delivery of projects via agile “Speed to Market” Ways of Working.
Foundational Ingredients & Core Competencies:
- Strong commercial understanding and experience of working in a large matrixed organisation.
- High level of business acumen is required ~ commercially savvy with strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to collaborate & influence peer groups & senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead a complex, fast moving agenda, managing ambiguity & significant amounts of change as well as dealing with time pressure.
- The ability to deliver results through individuals and functions is a critical skill for this role.
- The ability to quickly see (& sell) the “big picture” & give either a top-line view or a very detailed & accurate analysis is a critical skill.
- Project Management experience as well as a high level of organisational skills is preferred.
- Candidate must be a self-starter with a high drive for results, able to work independently & manage own agenda within a complex, fast paced environment.
- Ability to evaluate & assess project risks & issues working within a cross functional team to understand & communicate the impact to projects & recommend solutions to mitigate.
- Ability to make decisions independently within the project team environment to keep projects on track.
- Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies( i.e. Waterfall, Agile etc.).
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
This role will be based in London (Farringdon) - United Kingdom. It will be required to come 2 days in the office.
