Senior Associate Consulting, Enterprise Applications - IT Project and Program Management

Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Execution
- Architect and lead comprehensive program plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and resource strategy across multiple concurrent workstreams.

- Provide executive-level program reporting, synthesizing insights and recommendations for sponsors and leadership.

Financial & Resource Stewardship
- Oversee program financials, ensuring optimal resource utilization and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and value creation.
- Advise on investment prioritization and trade-offs to maximize ROI across program components.
Technology Enablement & Data Strategy
- Guide technology implementation and data conversion efforts, ensuring seamless integration with legacy and future-state systems.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality, testing, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:
5 years of program leadership experience in complex, multi-disciplinary environments, ideally within technical or regulated industries.
Demonstrated success in leading strategic programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Deep expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to risk mitigation and decision-making.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across executive, technical, and operational teams.
Desired Qualifications:
PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, energy)

The estimated salary range for this role is $84,500 - $169,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law, as applicable.
