We’re seeking a Spa Operations Manager to support daily operations across our award-winning Spa, including Metaphysical, Locker Rooms, LEC, and Pool areas. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with strong organizational, financial, and service skills who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and motivate Spa Services teams, overseeing staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance.

  • Manage payroll, budgets, and reporting to ensure operational and financial excellence.

  • Partner with Facilities to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field).

Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record to meet Group C Driving Requirements.

 

Work requires regular lifting of objects up to 40 lbs.

Good Communication Skills. Must demonstrate a professional, effective demeanor and maintain Canyon Ranch standards of excellence in guest service. Proficient in Computer and Software applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Book4Time).

Good Time Management.  Must be able to multi task a variety of projects or tasks at the same time by prioritizing as needed to ensure that deadlines are met.
