Inventory Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all inventory related activities for OneWater Marine dealerships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure database is complete and up to date with all details of each unit
- Effectively supports all Team Members to insure a professional work environment
- Maintains Lightspeed for all new, used, consigned, and purchased Boats, Motors, and Trailers
- Provides excellent communications with Service Department and Store Managers to confirm locations are correct in database, making changes as needed
- Reviews manufacturer invoices for accuracy
- Develops relationships with manufactures to ensure accuracy of rebate reconciliations
- Organizes all work with Inventory Management Team
SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or related field preferred.
